  • Migration Research Institute , 1016, Budapest, Somlói út 51.

Oliver Dashe Doeme, bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Maidugur, visited the Institute, and said the emigration perpetuates Nigeria’s underdevelopment. He added: the cause of poverty is the corruption, which is also the breeding ground for extremism. Nigeria primarily needs immediate help in education and healthcare. The goal is to make people interested in  staying at home. The dissemination of the culture of migration causes irreversible damage to such countries as Nigeria.
