What new conflicts and developments are emerging in the new decade regarding migration towards Europe? Viktor Marsai, director of MRI, was one of the guests at the MCC roundtable discussion. He explained that the migration crisis did not actually start in 2015, but in 2013, in Libya, so it has been going on for almost ten years. Italy faced the phenomenon two years earlier than Hungary. Since then, the geopolitical situation has not improved much, we can see some changes in the policies of some EU member states, but we still have not found a solution to the issue of repatriations, for example.
