ANOTHER WAVE OF MIGRATION CAN BE EXPECTED DUE TO THE SITUATION IN LEBANON

Bianka Speidl, senior researcher at the Migration Research Institute warned listeners of Karc FM radio, that there are already one and a half million Syrians and hundreds of thousands of refugees of other nations are living in Lebanon, who could set off with the Libyans at any time. In response to the demand, it is easy to predict that human trafficking networks will soon be set up, meaning that Lebanon, which has been pushed to the brink of bankruptcy, could soon become a very important country of origin or transit country.
