CRISES MUST BE TACKLED AT THE ROOTS

Viktor Marsai, research director of the MRI, told InfoRadio that the Hungarian Defence Forces’ involvement in Mali is a direct consequence of the force development program of recent years and the concept that crises must be tackled at their roots.
