The low efficiency of returns can be explained by several factors, such as the reluctance of many countries of origin to conclude a readmission agreement. There is primarily an economic reason for this: remittances are an important source of income for these countries, said Szabolcs Janik, deputy director of the Migration Research Institute, on Kossuth Radio.
