The former colonies would free from the French

One by one, the former African colonies are turning against France: some have already overthrown the pro-French power in a coup, others are still “just” burning flags. But the departure of the French could lead to more chaos in the Sahel, from which only terrorists could benefit. Viktor Marsai, research director at the Migration Research Institute, said about the fight against African jihadists: „I’m afraid that there will be no improvement in the future. This is evidenced by the fact that the US Forces Africa Strategic Command’s report has so far had the objective of destroying jihadist groups in the Sahel, but this has now been changed to intercepting them.”
