Márk Vargha said on the show Ma reggel (at M1 TV) that according to the the proposal of the German EU presidency 2020, the quota system will not be mandatory for all Member States, and participation in this system could be replaced by a financial contribution. This kind of proposal may also be acceptable to the Visegrád countries.
