It is an obvious fact that the EU-Turkish migration pact has significantly reduced the number of asylum seekers who decided to continue their journey from Turkey to the EU. Subsequently the migratory pressure on Greece and the EU has been reduced. However, in order to achieve lasting results EU funding will have to be extended.
