The escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict could trigger a wave of refugees in the region, and this would also affect Hungarians in Transcarpathia. Some states are already preparing for increased migratory pressure, but there are more indications that there may not be a war between Ukraine and Russia, researchers Róbert Gönczi told InfoRadio.
