Our researcher, Mark Vargha, said on M1 TV that a new group of migrants; Algerians and Tunisians have appeared on the Central Mediterranean route this year, and during the German presidency the community should negotiate with these countries to reduce the pressure. The question is whether the EU-Turkey joint statement will serve as a good example in the negotiations.
