In his presentation, Viktor Marsai, research director at MRI, addressed, that jihadist groups applying new tactics in sub-Saharan Africa. The aim of the new tactics is rush down military bases, causing serious loss of human and prestige to governments and undermining the population’s sense of security. The aim of our conference was to provide a better understanding of the current status, trends and the future prospects of terrorism on our planet.
