Klaudia Tóth is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Military Sciences at the the University of Public Service. During her studies, she earned three times the New National Excellence Programme scholarship and she was awarded several times because of her research activities. Klaudia was a president at a college for advanced studies. Moreover, because of her scientific and public activities, she was recognized with University Professional Award in 2019. She spent her internship at Századvég Foundation and then she worked at the Parliamentary and Strategic State Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office. She joined the Migration Research Institute in February 2020, where her main research areas focus on the security status of the Sahel region, the connection between climate change and migration on the African continent, the dynamics of jihadist movements and the perspectives of the Great Green Wall Initiative.
